I ordered a wind chime from the website in November 2025. As of 12/29/25 I have not received my order. I tried to call and text but the number was not accepting calls. I have emailed but have not received a response. Chat attempts have also failed. I filed a dispute with PayPal. It appears that this company may have gone out of business but somehow my payment was still processed. Avoid losing your money on a product you will never receive.
