JenDaisy is the best boutique around! Jen and her staff go above and beyond for every customer. She would take money out of her own pocket to make sure a customer is taken care of. This is now an online only boutique and Jen is doing most everything by herself and still has a family to take care of. I wish people would put themselves in her shoes. Liked this place at first but then customer service went down hill. It took 7 weeks to get a dress altered. Then after numerous attempts to contact owner, the only way she got back with me was when I resorted to social media which was my last resort. Then she threatens DO NOT LEAVE BAD COMMENTS AGAIN. Then you should have responded when I said I wanted to keep a personal matter. Then after 7 weeks I get the dress back & and she decided to also give me full refund.
