Highly recommend! Saved me on Christmas eve. Broke down on 95 north heading to spend the holiday with my family and James came out when no one else was open and got me home for the holidays. Can't thank Jenco enough!

Gave a 1 but wish I could have given a zero. Dealt with James and Alicia myself several years ago and had very similar experience as some of the other people giving 1 stars. My truck broke down and James said he would be there in abt an hour. 5 hrs later he still had not arrived and when I called he simply said he was not coming. Later called Alicia and she would not even return my call. Wrote a bad review then and just happened across their website today and was surprised to see they were still on business. Called and spoke with James on Thursday. We were having generator issues and no AC in motor home. Asked if we should come to him or if he was mobile. He said he would come to us. We arrived at our destination and were parked where we were until Monday AM. We had shore power at the site and AC was great. He said he had a situation and his wife was in hospital. No details.
