Who ever answered the phone is extremely rude and miserable. I simply just asked " hey how's it going" 3 times and her reply every time was "how can i help you " and completely dismissed the simple kind greeting i was giving her. She then hung up on me. Awful sense of representation. I wont be using them!

We have been project managers for a custom build. Jenco has supplied a portable toilet for the project for about 20 months. Recently they have replaced the paper hand towel with single ply toilet tissue. REALLY? You can barely wipe your butt with the tissue let alone dry your hands. I called to question the reason for not supplying paper hand towel. Response was that the driver spoke to the person responsible onsite requesting them to not flush the paper towel. I needed a porta potty for my property as were doing construction. I called Jenco and they delivered the porta potty. The sales rep confirmed that it would be serviced (emptied - cleaned) weekly. On the second week, it hadn't been serviced, so I called the company. They said because it was a long weekend, it wouldn't get serviced because of the shortened week. Fantastic for our backyard wedding. Several guests with experience working on construction sites commented that these were the cleanest portable toilets they had ever used.
