JenCare Shively has been serving my needs adequately even though I don't have many medical situations or needs.... But I am glad they are always here for me and my wife day or night by phone call even after hours.....

Jen Care is my doctor's office. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic that I have taken in the past with no problem. However, that is no longer the case and the skin on my tongue peeled off, it was very painful, my doctor' got me in, prescribed a medicated mouthwash, and a round of steroids to counteract my allergies to this medication immediately. I have told them everytime that I need my prescriptions delivered, they call to tell me they're ready for pickup. They only let the phone ring twice when they call. I believe they are here to help senior citizens and it takes a little more time for us to get to the phone!

I’ve been with JenCare for about 15, maybe more. When I’ve had issues with them in any manner, it was easy to discuss it with someone and get it resolved. MY ONLY ISSUE WITH JENCARE IS THE REMOVAL OF THEIR THERAPIST AND THEIR SOCIAL WORKER. I don’t think they realize how much these two people have helped me, personally, and other patients as well. I believe this is a very bad decision on someone’s part and I hope it doesn’t backfire on them.
