I’ve been with JenCare for about 15, maybe more. When I’ve had issues with them in any manner, it was easy to discuss it with someone and get it resolved. MY ONLY ISSUE WITH JENCARE IS THE REMOVAL OF THEIR THERAPIST AND THEIR SOCIAL WORKER. I don’t think they realize how much these two people have helped me, personally, and other patients as well. I believe this is a very bad decision on someone’s part and I hope it doesn’t backfire on them.
I have complained for about,2 years of declining overall health. I wanted a particular scan that would locate the reason for my hip pain issues and that was slow walked by staff. But after seeing a different Nurse Practitioner the scan I wanted was approved Stat and then advanced issues were found that Likely point to Lymphoma. I blame JenCare for slow walking the approval or even request of the scan I needed all along. $208 out of pocket was all that was needed to find out I had Serious, possibly Cancerous Issues.The delay ... read more
