If I could give them a zero I would do so. In June of 2021 went on to Jean Medical in Orange City to have sclerotherapy performed on my left thigh. That is what I requested but not what was performed.. Instead, without my permission or consent, another procedure was performed which resulted in the clotting off of the small saphenous vein in my left calf.
