I don’t want to divulge too many personal details because it honestly isn’t worth reliving the experience. What I do feel compelled to say is that this was, without question, the worst psychiatrist I have ever encountered. From the start, I felt berated, judged, and blamed rather than listened to or supported. The tone was dismissive and condescending, and at no point did I feel treated with basic empathy or respect.
