I highly recommend Jena! She is extremely knowledgeable, but also very kind and patient. She truly listened and took the time to really get to know exactly what I was looking for in a home. She is energetic, with a friendly sense of humor and to top it off, she is knowledgeable regarding construction issues. If I ever need a realtor in Columbus again, I will definitely call her.
Jena has been phenomenal to work with from day 1. She has been great at walking us through the entire process. The photographer she used took the most beautiful pictures of our home and Jena was there when we could not be to make sure everything looked perfect. We had a few discussions on setting a listing price and the importance of getting it right the first time vs. having to do a price cut later.
