Jen Smith is a very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and approachable attorney. She answered all my questions and tailored estate planning documents (healthcare directive, will, power of attorney) according to our unique needs. There were some glitches in the estate planning software that I hope will get resolved soon. Overall, a good experience!
