I had a water heater installed from Home Depot by Jen Plumbing. Their quality of service, honesty, fair pricing and communication are top notch. Don is prompt, very meticulous and keeps the customer informed throughout the installation process. I will definitely call on Jen Plumbing directly in the future.
Don Fahey and Jen Plumbing came to my rescue for the second time. I had an emergency water service line leak in the middle of my front lawn and I reached out to Don and he showed up the following morning, even with a full schedule. Don has been doing all of my plumbing for years. His work is always top notch. He is an excellent communicator as well, which is becoming rare with contractors. Donald responded so quickly (and on a Sunday!) to my online request to install a new faucet. He made time to get the job done knowing he'd be out of town for awhile. He did the job quickly, was courteous and neat PLUS he was affordable. I hit the jackpot when I found him. You won't be disappointed!
