I have been a patient for many years. However, the level of customer service has severity decreased over this last year! There is a lack of appropriate follow-up and follow through when information needs to be submitted and obtained from insurance companies . Months of delay. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Dr Kim and her associate Dr Jafari. I have a high level of dental anxiety and they provide me with medication to treat the anxiety.

Great experience with Dr. Jen Kim and her hygienist. Everything ran on schedule, the office is sanitized, clean and modern. I found the hygienist to be gentle but firm on the cleaning, and Dr. Kim to be thorough and efficient in her evaluation - make sure to see her! Great place to come for a second opinion on a treatment that you're not sure about - even for something as small as a cavity. Fantastic team! They are always cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you are comfortable and clearly understand your xrays and what needs to be done and why. The office is spotless and I have never had trouble with parking. They also do a great job of reminding you of your appoinment. I have been a patient for years.
