I went in saying how my condition was severely impacting my daily life. She dismissed a lot of my symptoms and said my labs didn't mean anything. The most insulting part was her telling me I was lucky my condition didn't manifest on my face or skin. I have 3 brain tumors from the condition.... But apparently on the skin is worse. We waited MONTHS for an appointment there ans instead of letting us know we need a referral they just canceled the appointment. No call. No email. Nothing. Apparently theu don't give a crwp about new pts. Wouod have been so easy to get w referral had we known. Their office don't give a crap either. Apparently we dodged a bullet with the place.
After my first visit with this office, I felt that everyone really cared about me. I dealt with three ladies besides Dr. Erbil, via phone, Rhonda, Martha, and Cherie, for appointments, reminder calls for my appointment, and my lab work. I am very impressed at how well these three ladies represented Dr. Erbil. She should be very proud to have such a front office staff. After seeing close to a dozen different specialists/doctors who couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, Dr. Erbil was able to guide me to getting a diagnosis with relative ease. When I first saw her I was in rough shape with ANCA associated Vasculitis but the treatment plan she put me on got me back to 100% pretty quickly and I've been healthy ever since.
