Today was my second visit to Jen Jing Massage. The first time I went because my fingers were numb due to tendonitis in my wrist and arms. The lady who did the massage was extremely gentle and careful during the massage. The day after the massage I could already feel my fingers, the numbness and pain disappeared within a week. I don’t know how this place has a 4.0 & above rating. I will never go back. Literally kind of ruined my Mother’s Day gift. I wanted to get my mother an hour massage & when I got there the lady Bing took a call right in my face saying yes to someone coming in at 4:30pm. Why would you say yes to a customer to come in at 4:30pm when you have to do my mother at 4pm for an hour? She cut my mothers time to half an hour & my mother said the massage was mediocre. Very professional. They're doing their job according to your need
From the reviews, I thought this would've been a great place for a massage, but the man who did my massage was extremely rough and now I am in excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders. I asked him several times to please not put so much pressure and he kept pushing deeper into my neck and shoulders. I also have massive bruising and a scratch on my back after I asked him to stop using some device he was using.
