Not knowing a good lender makes competing on a home difficult. Our first lender said that the standard 30 days was the best they could do, because their inspectors were booked out. We found Jen through our agent and she said IF we needed to, she could do half that, if it would make us competitive. She is crazy hard working and has an awesome staff. Could not recommend more highly.
Jen was the absolute best. She answered all the questions thoroughly with patience and kindness throughout the refinancing. These are things that were not experienced with a different lender when the house was purchased. Makes you appreciate her all the more. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.
