Very disappointed. She was responsive and helpful…..until we wanted to put an offer in. I even had a preapproval ready. Then we were ghosted

Took 7 months and 50,000 in repairs without ever consulting me for a single payment past a bill for pest control in September. At the signing, she jumped up and yelled "we maxxed out the neighborhood." She worked with my father who is 75 and has nenory problems behind my back, they literally locked me out of my own house snd when I tried to gain access she didn't pick up or return my calls. Jen made our home buying experience a breeze! From setting up showings to working with our builder- Jen was prompt, efficient, and thorough throughout the entire process! She has so much knowledge in all parts of the home buying and building experience. We are now in our dream home and we couldn't have done it without Jen!! Highly recommend!
