I had an incredible hypnotherapy session with Jen Catlin. Over the years I have used hypnotherapy on and off and it has truly helped me. There needs to be more stars for this rating! I had my first ever hypnosis session with Jen last night, and I am still floating on cloud nine! I only slept about 3 hours last night after the session, I was buzzing so much lol. I thought I had some idea of what to expect, but I was wrong. I was able to connect with my mother's spirit even though I have no memories of her, so, obviously that was HUGE!!
