Even before my booking she provided me with tons of information about the product and was very quick with her response despite it being deep Mardi Gras season. She really has a passion for hair and her customer service and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected. Jen did my hair for my daughters wedding. I showed her a post from Instagram, braiding or weaving the hair from the bottom up because my hair was shorter on the bottom than the top. The first photo was the back finished, the second photo is after the entire night of dancing and getting ready to go out,The third photo is 24 hours later after I slept on my hair. Jen saved my hair! She got me in last minute for a K18 rescue treatment after another stylist left my hair fried and yellow, and she cleaned up a really messy cut that the other stylist left me with. She has great attention to detail, is kind, accommodating, very sweet to my daughter who I had to bring along, and she really knows hair.
