Jen is not only an excellent and experienced stylist and colorist, she's also a smart, warm and engaging human. When it comes to hair styling, she is a terrific listener as she reflects back her client's thoughts with intention, suggesting ways to enhance those stylistic ideas. Her eclectically appointed studio reflects her innate creativity; it's a fun space to have great conversations and get great haircuts.

Even before my booking she provided me with tons of information about the product and was very quick with her response despite it being deep Mardi Gras season. She really has a passion for hair and her customer service and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected.
