I worked with JEMS design on a large blind installation. The project went well without hiccups. All the details had been thought through ahead of time leaving a flawless end result. The blinds even arrived ahead as scheduled. I would recommend Jill Walker with JEMS design to anyone looking for top notch customers service.
A couple of years ago I was looking for automated blinds for my sunroom. I started looking online in my area and came across JEMS Design. I called and let them know what I was looking for. Jill Walker came to my home with many different books with samples and pictures of blinds and shades that would work. Jill seemed very knowledgeable and professional so I placed an order. Jill was awesome to work with and helped me pick out an indoor shade and two outdoor shades for our patio. She installed the two outdoor shades in difficult locations and did a great job. Even though she was not responsible for the indoor installation, she still showed up to make sure the contractor had everything under control. I will never consider anyone except JEMS Design.
