In October 2020, I hire Jemmzzoo services online through Thumbtack. Michael Saiz, the owner did some repairs in my apartment & I paid him via check for $365. After paying him, Michael called me stating he couldn't cash the check so wanted cash. I paid him $365 in cash & my sister saw me pay him. Michael kept the cash and the check.
