Heather was excellent!! She was informative without being judgemental and was very patient with my questions. I came out of the appointment having learned about my hair and how to care for it. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a consultation quite like that before! Thank you for such a great experience!
Worst experience!!! I feel betrayed Being slow is one thing but not knowing cutting another. They seem understaffed and amateur. Asked for a layer cut only to get chunks of hair in end, my hair looks like huge mess and not what I was looking for honestly. Disappointed!!!! Would like a refund as not coming back! I was literally on the seat for 2 hours!
