Amazing quick service from Klein. I had already changed the battery twice and was still not working so was under impression I was leaving the car all day. Klein told me wait a few mins when I brought my car and within 5 mins then battery was changed and working. Amazing
I brought my car in for a routine service at Jemca Edgware, expecting the peace of mind that comes with using a main dealership. Unfortunately, I left with the exact opposite. Before the service, my car ran perfectly with no issues. Immediately after, I noticed a significant drop in petrol efficiency, something that hadn’t been a problem before. I brought my car to Jemca Edgware for a routine service, paid for in full, and it had no issues beforehand. After the service, a new fault appeared — one that was not present when I dropped it off. They quoted me £600 to repair it. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, they refused to take responsibility.
