I would definitely never ever recommend this place based on the lack of professionalism, lack of sensitivity and lack of a sense of urgency. This was my second time visiting the 150 Broadway location to see Dr. Galler for a consultation for invisalign. My first time visiting the building I walked in and took the elevator to the 13th floor. My second visit on March 3/12/18 was very different. I walked in and stepped into the elevator but noticed the elevator was not closing or moving. A female security guard yelled in my dire... read more
