They knew that we were struggling financially and offered to help. Weve paid them money every week. We called ahead of time and told them we couldnt give them money last week because we didnt make enough, but that wed make sure they got money this coming friday. Not only did they have an attitude about it, but we just got a 10 day eviction notice over $300 and Friday hasn't even gotten here yet. Crappy people and super fake with how "nice" and "helpful" they are when they first want you to move in.
When I contacted them to inform that my package had been stolen again (4th time), they suggested i consider having my stuff delivered elsewhere. I explained this was my HOME and I should be able to receive a package here. I was then told I should invest in a ring door cam. Zero concern. Zero empathy. Unbelievable
100% recommend jema to anyone who is trying to find affordable rent! they are awesome.
