My experience at maplewood apartments is living here has been extremely disappointing. There have been ongoing issues with excessive noise and disruptive behavior coming from a nearby unit/building, including loud music, late-night disturbances, and frequent disruptions that make it difficult for residents to enjoy a peaceful home environment. We were encouraged to move in under the guise that they would work with our financial situation. After they tricked us and recieved every penny we could give, they gave us a 10 day pay or vacate if we didnt complete the full payment immediately. Once again, they knew of our situation and agreed to work with us. We always kept them up to date. We always paid rent every month. Don't rent from them please. By all means. We are waiting for our lease to end in December and we are moving. They keep over drafting out of my husband's account and we keep being told that due to this his account can get closed. They also didn't spray for spiders. I never have ever met someone so nasty in my life. Even my boss at my work had something to say about the Blondie's that are in charge and oh did she have something to say. Worst place I ever lived, want my lease to end soon AND FAST. We have killed at the least 6 spiders in our apartment this month, plus they keep trying to take unauthorized payments out EXTRA for our rental agreement. Do not sign the agreement,get away QUICK! PS they're supposed to have it sprayed every three months,they haven't had it sprayed the first time the guys came. The below is just two not included in the 6 👇🏼 😆
