Jema clinic has people complaining because they dont want a heap of S8 patients who are not willing to try all other avenues for help. S8s should be am extreme last resort. Since my Dr has joined the team I couldn't be happier. Better still i have seen the confidence in Dr Kimberley May also rise. I am taken to the mini triage area to rest while waiting if unable to sit in the waiting room... I have had the worst service from this clinic. From appointments that go nowhere, too waiting all day for a phone appointment & when I called them I was on hold for one hour. They said they would call before closing so I rang at 6pm AGAIN!!! Then when 7pm came they said were closed & hung up. The annoying constant hold talk about how they care for their patients & go above & beyond is an utter joke. The doctor wrote my script incorrectly & was to fix it. I’ll be suing them if I have a seizure. Ppl don’t waste your time.
My husband and myself have been regular patients for many years. Normally we see Doctor Ryan and he has always been caring and patient and has helped us set up plans for us to achieve. We had the worst experience yesterday with a locum Doctor who was rude, antagonistic and I felt not just to us but disrespectful to our own Doctor as all of our medications were brought into dispute and we were having to justify why they were required. Very pleasant and welcoming reception staff. Dr Ryan is very caring and spends quality time with his patients. Not having long waiting times to see the Doctor makes it a good experience as well.
