The first thing the Jema Clinic saod to me on my forst visit was they would need my medical records to proceed. I organised to get them to them straight away. I found it extremely difficult to understand the two drs I saw which made me very uncomfortable. I went to another practice and felt very comfortable with the Dr I was seeing. He asked if I could get my medical records sent over as I have had Type1 Diabetes since 6 months old. I went tp Jema only to be told THEY WOULD SELL MY RECORDS TO ME FOR $150. Doctors do their best & are helpful. reception at station square always polite and helpful.
went for allocated appointment . 45 mins later their error had booked me for the wrong type of appointment , was told to revisit another day . Was then told of fees of $347 for a surgical 10 min removal of which I know now every other clinic will do for free under medicare . WILL NOT RETURN . ENOUGH TAXES PAID TO COVER THIS an absolute rort . Doctors that leave frequently ....and we wonder why !
