These guys showed up fast (under a hour) on a Friday. They explained what the issue was and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended
My mom's water heater went out late afternoon. I phoned JEM Plumbing and spoke with Natalie. She took all the information on the current system, gave a detailed quote for the new unit and had her booked for the next day ... within an hour of my call! Carson and Matthias arrived before the scheduled time; both were extremely professional and hard working. They installed the new unit, explained each step and did an awesome job. First time using this local business and glad I did. I highly recommend JEM for your plumbing needs!

I’ve worked with JEM Plumbing on a few different occasions now and each time their work has been flawless. Most recently they had to fix the work of another contractor I had here that didn’t do something correctly. Going forward, I will always know to contact JEM for any of my plumbing needs.
