Cody was great! He gave me the estimate up front, let me know what to expect, and identified the issue quickly. He was very knowledgeable. I will absolutely use JEM again and highly recommend them! Edited to add I did use them again, and this time had Ryan. He had to install new water hook-ups and two toilets for me, and was great as well. Pricing is very fair, and this company cares about their customers. I will absolutely recommend to everyone.
JEM was both professional and wise. They did a great job with finding the issue in our water heater. They were timely and clean. I would highly recommend!
