I cannot speak anymore highly of my experience with JEM Pest today. I noticed a nest on the siding of my home just under the highest peak of my roof (30 feet high). I called JEM pest at 12:30 pm and after leaving my info with the receptionist I received a call back 5 minutes later from Joel. Joel was courteous and professional. Made an online inquiry in the evening for my neighbor. They had a bird in attic. Next morning, the company called me (Michele) and before you know it the team came over and took care of the problem at a reasonable price. Very satisfied and appreciative!
I had a issue with Big Flys coming out of my shower fan like 100+ I called a few places they told me like 2 weeks. Called jem told them the situation and that I had a new baby in the house. They were able to get out the same day. The tech found a big birds nest with eggs in the vent tube. Cleaned it all out a installed magnetic vents all around the house with screens.. they were very professional !! Will use again
Great response time and effective irradiation of 2 yellow jacket nest in the ground, 1 during a down pour and 1 in the basement. And though expensive, we’ll worth it to have the nests totally removed when you’re the one getting stung.
