Excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and informative of every service provided or asked about. Karissa is excellent! She is so personable and makes you comfortable during every visit. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for all of your needs! I also saw Emily and Christina, they are both so knowledgeable and provide amazing services!
My appointment was with Sierra. She was personable, kind, and very knowledgeable. It was my first time getting lip filler and she made me feel comfortable and informed through every step of the process. The facility was also clean and beautiful.

The staff at Jem has been such a pleasure to work with. Kathleen and Michelle are usually the ones I've worked with when checking in and they are so polite and helpful finding times that work with my schedule and answer all kinds of questions! I love JEM MedSpa! Such a nice and relaxing atmosphere and the staff is outstanding! Especially Cristina, she is so knowledgeable, kind, and exceptional at her job. I would recommend Cristina for any of her services, she’s a true JEM!
