Update 2025: purchased snow blower 2 winters ago. Called for yearly maintenance annnnd OUT OF BUSINESS. Lawnmower was running rough and needed a good cleaning/tune up. Jacob answered my inquiry immediately and was at my house 2 days later. Pricing very reasonable, excellent customer service and lawnmower runs like new. Definitely recommend!

Over 2 months ago brought a Briggs and Stratton P2400 portable generator to Jacob for warranty repair for a fuel leak. This generator leaked from day one. Initially I thought it was coming from the carburetor overflow but finally realized it was leaking at the carb itself. To me this is a safety issue. I left the generator for assessment and possible repair. A week later I picked up the unrepaired generator, Jacob explained that he had removed the bowl and found the carb casting was defective and parts were not yet available... read more
