Great service and Jacob was excellent. My mower was picked up, repaired and returned the same day,couldn't ask for anything better.
Over 2 months ago brought a Briggs and Stratton P2400 portable generator to Jacob for warranty repair for a fuel leak. This generator leaked from day one. Initially I thought it was coming from the carburetor overflow but finally realized it was leaking at the carb itself. To me this is a safety issue. I left the generator for assessment and possible repair. A week later I picked up the unrepaired generator, Jacob explained that he had removed the bowl and found the carb casting was defective and parts were not yet available... read more
I took my lawn mower in when it wouldn’t start. I called and within a day I had it in and they were working on it. Amazing service and quick turn around. Highly recommend.
