Look, I’m not usually the “salon review” type—but JEM Luxe deserves a shoutout (and maybe a standing slow clap). I’ve been going here for years, and I’m still amazed they let me walk in looking like a hedge and leave looking like a human. Liz is my ride-or-dye (get it?) stylist. She’s the only person I trust with scissors near my head, and somehow, she always makes me look like I have my life together—even when I very much do not. This is my 2nd haircut by Regan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!!) and she blew me away both times. I was able to get the face frame, layers, and angled hair that felt like a total glow up. I strongly recommend Regan for anyone else with thick hair. She was also pleasant to talk to and provided me with an educational experience. Would definitely go back.
