Look, I’m not usually the “salon review” type—but JEM Luxe deserves a shoutout (and maybe a standing slow clap). I’ve been going here for years, and I’m still amazed they let me walk in looking like a hedge and leave looking like a human. Liz is my ride-or-dye (get it?) stylist. This is my 2nd haircut by Regan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!!) and she blew me away both times. I was able to get the face frame, layers, and angled hair that felt like a total glow up. I strongly recommend Regan for anyone else with thick hair. She was also pleasant to talk to and provided me with an educational experience. Would definitely go back.
I’ve been seeing Cassie for the past 3 years for waxing services. She is an absolutely professional & wonderful human being!! I look forward to my monthly appointment with her. We laugh so much every appointment! She’s always prompt, has great communication & always makes me feel so comfortable! Cassie will be my waxer for life!
