This is my 2nd haircut by Regan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!!) and she blew me away both times. I was able to get the face frame, layers, and angled hair that felt like a total glow up. I strongly recommend Regan for anyone else with thick hair. She was also pleasant to talk to and provided me with an educational experience. Would definitely go back.
I’ve been seeing Cassie for the past 3 years for waxing services. She is an absolutely professional & wonderful human being!! I look forward to my monthly appointment with her. We laugh so much every appointment! She’s always prompt, has great communication & always makes me feel so comfortable! Cassie will be my waxer for life!
So canceling a new clients appointment an hour prior to the service time doesn’t seem unprofessional? I am leaving this review after having such a weird and confusing situation happen by a stylist/waxer named Cassie here at JEM I called I believe the evening prior so 10/23 to make a few appointments for an upcoming event.
