Arrived there and called about 4 times no one answered the phone also we were not let in even though cars were there. We are out of town so this was very disappointing and very rude. We can take our business to somewhere else. I telling everyone don't come here there are more places in Georgia to go to.
Can't recommend this place at all. I bought a toilet from them which turned out to be previously installed and had a crack in the tank. Tried contacting them but they don't answer the phone and barely reply to their Facebook messenger. When I did get a reply, they offered to replace the tank but it's a one piece toilet so that's not possible. When I reminded them that it was a one piece toilet they stopped responding. Don't know how people say they have good customer service.
I have been coming and purchasing from JHIS over a 4 year’s now, Everything is well organized and the owner Astride always happy to help her customers, the price is good there. I encourage people to visit it you will not regret it.
