I had a facial done with Giovanna, her service was out of this world. I was extremely relaxed and my skin never felt better! She is very educated and passionate about her work, any questions or concerns I had she was able to help me! I definitely recommend booking with her, you won’t be disappointed!

BEST facial ever!!! I have been floating around on cloud nine ever since I left The spa this morning. I have been going To Jem bi-weekly for my mani/pedis (also fabulous) and decided to try the facial. Erika killed It - amazing!!! So relaxing and my skin is glowing! 👍👍
