We called Jem 5 years ago after having another company come charge our AC, for 250 dollars, for it to only cool the house for 24 hours. I attempted to call that same company during working hours and left a message. I never received a call back. At that point I looked on line for another company. Enter, Jem Comfort air. They came out the same day even though it was past office hours. They charged it and informed us we needed anew unit.
