I spilt emulsion paint on my living room carpet and tried to get it off. Phoned Jem Cleaning afterwards and Colin arrived the next day to tackle it. He did an amazing job by getting the paint splodge out and cleaned the whole carpet. Carpet is so clean, looks fabulous and smells amazing. Colin did a great job... thanks.
Fantastic experience with JEM. I have a rug that had seen better days. It had been left in damp mouldy storage for 4 years! It is a Persian rug and so I wanted to see how it would turn out. I wasn’t convinced it could be saved but incredibly Colin brought it back to life! All odours and stains removed and looking better than ever. Also a very reasonably priced service. Thank you!
I had Colin come out to my house on short notice. He was very nice and accommodating to my schedule. He showed up as promised and right on time. He is a true professional and the carpets look fantastic!!!! I will definitely be using Colin again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you very much Colin! Great job
