Great customer service! – My experience at JEM Auto Glass was the best. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the large clean waiting room and professional office. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Everet. I needed a chip repaired and he was able to fix it right then. He advised me of my options for payment and helped me set up a claim with my insurance company. The company waived my deductible and paid for the repair. I would recommend JEM Auto Glass to anyone.
My experience at JEM Auto Glass was the best Ive ever had. It is in a great location that is easy to find. Their office and waiting room are inviting and comfortable. The technician was very experienced and was able to answer all my questions. My windshield was replaced and looked better than when it was new. I would recomend them to anyone!
