Always quick to respond and the customer service is always excellent. The technical work is expert and of very high quality. We are hard on our appliances and have come to rely on them. Highly recommend!
Had a split unit AC that wasn't blowing cold anymore. JEM Air came out same day to diagnose the problem. Came back next day to fix the unit. Great, honest people. Highly recommend
I have used Jerry and JEM air for years now. They are always reliable, honest, fair priced and do GREAT work. I do not have enough good things to say about them. I have used them for A/C repair, installation of a new A/C unit, a new washing machine and to work on my washer/dryer. Great company, great people.
Husband found a repair listed and called. The man said he was retired and referred to Jerry and gave number. He called and was at door within 15 minutes as he only lives 2 blocks away. Awsome. Hubby had met him when walking our dog but didn't know what his job was. He fixed my old washer in 5 minutes and advised need to get new one but this one can use for now. Can't say enough about his promptness and knowledge. Will call him if have anything that needs repair. His rates are reasonable.
Great guys and my AC is working great now thanks to them, definitely appreciate and recommend.
