Super nice on the phone, but despite what the name might imply, they do not patch tires past 5p.m. apparently.
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Found my tire flat after work and found a screw in it. Got my car home and contacted Jem 24hr tire service. They came out to my home and repaired my tire! Fast and great service! DEFINITELY saving their number to my phone just in case I ever need it again! I would DEFINITELY recommend them!!
So I am working here in Taylor, TX for the day and needed my air pressure checked. I decided to call around and bro Jaime offered to come to me and check the pressure. He did just that and made sure that all tires were at the right PSI. Great customer service and hospitality. If I’m ever in the area and in need of tire services I know who to go to in the community.
