Fantastic staff, super patient with kids who have a harder time getting used to getting their haircut.
My son had his first haircut at JellyBeanz today, and what a wonderful experience it was! Karlene was amazing with him, you can really tell she cares and goes the extra mile to make her client’s comfortable and happy. My son enjoyed sitting in the Escalade and watching Ms. Rachel during his cut, and it’s the little details like those that stand out. Karlene also put together a really cute “First Haircut” certificate for us with a lock of his hair, a really nice touch. We will definitely be back :).
My kids love it here. My son gave himself a little bang trim at daycare and they fixed it really well. They were even able to work with my screaming daughter who was not loving having her hair touched.
I took my daughter a couple weeks ago, we have been a few times in the past with both my girls. I was extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness the business has come too, they passed one hair brush around using it on multiple kids without sanitizing it. I cannot understand how that is even allowed, and how a business that caters to kids doesn’t understand the high level of head lice and other things that can be passed on.
