Great company. Always try’s to make the extra effort to take care of its customers. I would recommend them to anyone.
In my case, Jellybean assembled a bike I had ordered from Amazon. Technician Jeff noticed the tire wasn't holding any air, he went out of his way to follow me to Wal-Mart and change the tube out but discovered it was an issue with the air valve instead. I was already disappointed with manufacturer of the bike for sending me a faulty bike but Jellybean/Jeff wanted a happy customer in the end and did what it took to get the job. I recommend Jellybean for type of assembly/repair service they offer with that kind of service.
Jeff came early finished quicker than I expected and gave me a quote on another project I wanted him to compete. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anybody for any job they needed.
