I would not recommend this service. They will not contact you immediately if you run into issues. Their service is always in and out and not dependable at all. You can’t manage your account so if you try making changes they will not follow up. Save your time and money and go with another provider.

Without a doubt, this company has got to be the worst company known to man. From the start, they knew that I had a 3-story house and they went ahead and scheduled the installment, which by the way took at least 2 months. I had to pay the installation fee in advance before they set up the appointment. When the installation day came, I waited for them to arrive for the timeslot they gave me. They never showed up. Not meant for mobile homes. I constantly lose connection and they can't figure it out. Every time we call they have a new excuse. Promised to adjust the dish but never came out. Came by and tried to claim it was the ATT internet we still had - we told them we needed to keep it since we haven't had one days solid service from Jelly yet.
