I originally was working with Dallas Apartment Finders (Waste of time) and had a horrible experience since i was only given one option. I emailed through their website and got an immediate response from Nancy and she put together a list of 3 neighborhoods in my price range with at least 3 apartments in each one. I needed an apartment and called your office. I worked with a wonderful person named Cinner. She was so nice and helpful and found exactly what I needed. I had such a pleasurable time finding my new apartment that I will certainly use Cinner again as well as refer all the people I know to her. I have worked with apartment locators in the past and have always been disappointed. What a breath of fresh air to finally find a gem like Cinner and a company like J. Ellis!
