This company is a monopolized predatory company! After paying my bill, they still cut my power off! Cut off date is always on the 15th of the month, which they were closed. paid early this morning and was charged an extra $60 because they said a report was already generated. once they took my money, they cut off the power 15 minutes later!
Crooks. Absolutely ridiculous payments for an apartment where the tenants are hardly home 5 out of the 7 days a week. Absolutely NOTHING is left turned on during the day, thermostat stays the set on the same temps, but yet we received a $600 electric bill for February! LUB and JUB are two of the most crooked businesses I've ever had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with. I hope one day the BBB does something about them.

We pay our bill by on line banking. Since they are not up to 21st century standards our bank has to mail them a check. We tested their system last month and submitted for payment as soon as we received their bill. What do you know we received a bill for a late payment. That means it took USPS 20 days to deliver a check to them( I find that hard to believe ). When you call them they are rude and short. What sucks is they will shut your power off if you don't pay it.
