Knowledgeable, pcp with a very caring attitude. Would definitely recommend her to everyone.
Her staff demands to know every single medical issue you have or they cancle your appointment less than 2 hours beforehand. Her staff doesnt care if discrimination is ILLEGAL, they openly mistreat disabled patients. I've even sat in the waiting room listening to her office staff screaming at other patients on the phone so I know for a fact its not just me. This has been ongoing and I have discussed my concerns with Dr. Carroll personally. Nothing has changed.
Dr. Carroll is an amazing physician. Compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and so kind. She never makes you wait and spends so much time with her patients. Her office staff and nurses are just wonderful.
