I had a really great experience with Dr. Surla. From the moment I met them, they were incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable and heard. They took the time to thoroughly explain my procedure, go over my results in detail, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Dr. Surla is very professional and knowledgable taking great pride iin what she does. She is very caring, and spent alot of time with me at the office. Upon leaving and within an hour, I was receiving calls to schedule the orders she put in!
First visit with Dr. Surla. Waited just a few minutes to see her. She was professional and personable. She asked a few questions and reviewed some prior tests results I brought. She explained the process that she would follow to perform the work. Then she said that she wanted to mention some extremely rare outcomes that other doctors have experienced. Her and her staff selected a date for the procedure and provide information about preparing for it. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff.
Dr. Surla was very thorough in our initial consultation. Many questions. Spent much time in assessing health concerns.
