So friendly and makes you feel comfortable the second you sit down in her chair. She’s always happy to answer any questions. Does amazing work. Her color matching is so perfect, looks exactly like your natural hair. My hair has still grown out healthy with her doing my nanos and following her recommendations for hair care. Love love love!!
