I'm a general contractor. Jeld-Wen are among the very most affordable windows available. For all of you 1 star commentators, you get what you pay for in construction, but I will say, in 25 years, even though they are inexpensive, I've never ever had ANY issues with this company. Your one anecdotal experience.....to my 100's of experiences. Be kind and at least give em 2 stars if it was all so horrifying...lol

Ordered some solid core doors that are very disappointing. Lumps in the doors. Hinge locations were routed very sloppy. I have to sand the smaller lumps to smooth out and the hinge locations as well. 1 door I don’t even think I can install because it looks so bad. I hope Jeld-Wen will help with solution.
