I have to put in a good word for Marjorie a sales rep in your office. She was very helpful to speak with about exterior door installations. She's a great listener, in fact she let me vent about my frustrating experience with getting the door installed and delivered. When I was done, she sent me some installation instructions and explained more about what I needed to do, since now I was on my own and fixing all the problems myself. I left the conversation feeling much more confident, and a renewed faith in human kindness.
