Employees are very easy going which is a welcomed change when it comes to dealing with people that have to deal with truck drivers all day. Adequate room for maneuvering at the shipping dock and the receiving dock has more room than needed. Only not so pleasant thing is the bathrooms are port a pottys but they are well maintained. Overnight parking is permitted if needed
