We bought a new 32 ext 9lite.jeld-wen door for a remodel project and someone broke out the glass we contacted jeld-wen and they can't sell anyone a replacement part what!!! So save your company alot of trouble and don't purchase jeld-wen
Stay away. We ordered 5 windows on Aug 19th with delivery oct 28th. Now we are told Jan. Not acceptable, terrible company.
Doors were supposed to be in end of August. Now they are saying mid November. No one takes responsibility and no one is helpful. I ordered through Home Depot and deeply regret purchasing. I also couldn't cancel the order so it slowed down our entire project.
Just received 4 windows from Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors through Home Depot. First, they sent a window with no rollers in it, so the window couldn't slide open which delayed the install. Second, the windows that were sent didn't match the measurements. They were either too small or too large and couldn't be installed correctly. This is either Home Depots fault for miss measuring or the manufacture. Didn't get a straight answer on this one.
