12/15/25 Hola soy camioneros estas personas sn muy amable y profesionales .trabajan duro cargando los camiones llegue a las 3 pm y terminaron de cargar a las 7 pm .con 4 deliver. Cada uno.separado. con strac me atendió un señor no se su nombre super amable y agradable. A pesar q mi.ingles es malo. Tiene buen carisma .me dejo dormir hasta las 4 am del dia 12/16/25 q tenía mis 10 horas gracias por ser cortes y respetuoso con los camioneros

Horrible customer service I've been trying to order a doorknob piece for over 4 years they tell you to go to Home Depot Home Depot can't order it so then when you call them back they tell you to have Home Depot call them so they can then order the part that you need. Save your money and go with a company that actually offers customer support for the prices of their doors they should actually offer some. If I could rate this company any lower I would.
